If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase simply contact us within 15 days of receipt of goods and receive a full product refund or equal value towards immediate exchange. Basically...we will make it right.
To return an item to our company, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us immediately.
2. Repack items securely; just like you received them.
3. Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
4. Include a note stating your reason for the return.
5. Ship returns to the address below via UPS (preferred) or the U.S. Postal Service (delivery confirmation & insurance recommended)
Original shipping charges will be credited in all cases that do not involve purchaser error (i.e. “Oooops, I bought the wrong color.”) If the error was ours or you were not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your original shipping charges and pay for return (if we choose to have goods returned). The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card or equal value towards immediate exchange will be given.
