Our Botanica Travel Tins are made with 100% Beeswax and Pure Essential Oils. Our Lightly Filtered Beeswax is sweetly aromatic on its own - with this in mind, we have chosen essential oils that blend seamlessly into this luxurious base to create inspiring scents. Whether it's traveling around the world or around the house, our tins make it easy to change the vibe in any space. It is amazing what one yummy candle can do to an otherwise mediocre hotel room.
Lemongrass, Cassia & Rosemary: Spicy citrus top notes of tangerine, orange and lemongrass, a heart of rosemary and cinnamon, herbaceous dry down.
Cypress & Sandalwood: An earthy, citrus aroma with bright orange top notes, a heart of copaiba balsam, and a woody base of patchouli, sandalwood and cedarwood.
Vanilla: A delicious creamy, intensely sweet, and slightly spicy vanilla.
Eucalyptus & Orange: Cooling and clarifying eucalyptus top notes, a super juicy orange heart, and an herbaceous lavender dry down.
Tangerine & Geranium: An herbal-floral-citrus aroma with top notes of tangerine,
middle notes of geranium, and a mild, dry herbaceous base.

Dimensions & Care
- 6 Oz = 2.75in (dia.) x 1.75in (ht.)
- Aromatherapy Travel Tins available only in Raw colored wax
- Trim the wick to ¼” before every lighting.
- To maximize burn time, allow the candle to burn until the molten pool has reached the tin wall. You can continue to burn the candle at this point.
- To prevent uneven burning, use a metal tool to redirect a curled or angled wick to the opposite direction.
- To prevent wick breakage when doing this, be sure to nudge the wick below the level of the molten pool where the wick is not burned and thus stronger.

The scents are great but the burning is uneven. On drying after the first burn one had a deep crack down the middle. I have had beeswax candles before and this is the first time ai have seen this. So I may purchase again but not the travel tins

Please note that beeswax expands and contracts as it heats/ cools, so a crack forming upon cooling is unusual, but no big deal. It should fill back in and burn normally on the next lighting. If you're noticing that your candle is burning more on one side than the other, we reccomend nudging the wick back to center using a metal tool -- a paperclip or butterknife is fine, but we also offer a dedicated wick adjuster in our Candle Care Toolkit. We never use metal-core wicks, so they can wander after a long burn.
Hope this info helps you get the best burn from your travel tins! If you're ever looking for more hot throw (scent while burning) or glow-through, we'd reccomend our Botanica in blown glass -- they're a bit bigger and the glass filters the light beautifully.

I received a Botanical Beeswax scented candle in a travel tin and it smelled incredible! Not only did it smell wonderful but it was just as beautiful!
I was so happy with the pleasant, mild but glowing scent the vanilla beeswax gave. My home is three rooms front to back, I had this burning at the back in the kitchen & I could still smell it plenty well in the front room. I live in an old house that can smell plaster-y and stale. I’m not a huge scent person and am sensitive if someone has strong perfume or if someone has plug in wallflowers or scented candles and I felt this was mild enough that it wasn’t overwhelming & just filled the rooms nicely, and fluidly enough that you could not smell the “old house” smell. My cat has often shown asthma like symptoms and so I don’t like to have essential oils diffused or candles with lots of smells & synthetic wax burning or really much at all. I am trying the plain beeswax votive candles next.
